電渦流測功機主要加載範疇

　　電（diàn）渦流測功機是目（mù）前國內先進的加載測功設備，主要用來測量各種動（dòng）力裝置的機械性能（néng）。DW及DWD係列主要由旋轉（zhuǎn）部分(感應盤（pán）)、擺動部（bù）分（fèn）(電樞和勵磁部分)、測力部分和校正部分（fèn）組成。

　　勵（lì）磁（cí）繞組通電後，產生一個閉合磁通。當感應盤(齒狀)旋轉（zhuǎn）時，氣隙磁密隨之發生周期性變化（huà），感應（yīng）出渦流，由於“渦流”和磁場的耦合（hé）作用，在轉子上產生製動（dòng）力（lì）矩，而在電樞體上則（zé）產生（shēng）與拖動力矩相同的轉矩，並經裝在電樞體四氟上的力傳感器檢測出來，從而（ér）達到測試扭矩的目（mù）的。 在轉速測量上，采用（yòng）非接觸式的磁電式轉速傳感器，將轉速（sù）信（xìn）號轉換成電信（xìn）號輸出。

　　本機適用於中、小型功（gōng）率（lǜ）電（diàn）機（jī）、汽（qì）車、內燃機、燃氣輪機、水輪機、工程機械、林業、礦山、石油（yóu）鑽采等機械的性能試驗，也可作為其它動力設備的吸功裝（zhuāng）置消聲設備。

　　Eddy current dynamometer is the advanced load dynamometer equipment, mainly used to measure the mechanical properties of various power plant.
